@mrsinha I am from north and living in TN for several years, without any problem. I would call TN safest and most peaceful state than any other northern state.
Actually I faced some anger for north indians during my time in Pune, butnot in Chennai ever.

Chennai has very poor connectivity with Mumbai via trains also.
Not sure, why? Its one of the 4 metros. Should be very well connected?
