#optimum #altice Optimum and Altice Still the worst cable provider. Spent one hour on phone fixing one issue to find it caused another. So now another call. I have spent way too much time this last month on fixing a cable service I pay a lot of money for.

@OptimumHelp the worst customer service ever. 4 days of phone calls and chats and my services are still not working. Every time they fix one thing they knock another one out. Can’t even get a manager to call back. Pay way to much to be treated like this
