É impressionante a velocidade de lançamento de features novas que o Claude está se propondo. É quase uma por semana desde Dezembro, e sem perspectiva de tirar o pé do acelerador.
You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks.
It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk.
Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.
@heynavtoor I've been getting a pretty frequent compaction process on pretty much any other task. I just load up some context and ask for a task and I don't know, a couple of minutes on, it's already compacting and then restarts the task and then starts compacting again. Anybody else?
It's near-impossible to escape being a Human 1.0.
I got stuck as a conformist for 10 years.
Consciously, we all know that we shouldn't behave like a Human 1.0 but it's easy to get stuck.
One way to escape is to expose yourself to pattern interrupts. The biggest one for me was when I flew to a Tony Robbins conference in Sydney.
He said one line that broke my brain:
"The only thing that's keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself."
I broke down in tears after I heard that.
I realized my entire life I told myself some BS story about why I couldn't have what I wanted.
I focused on the mental illness, the eating disorders, growing up around gangs & crime....
But it was all just a story.
The cool thing about your story is you can:
• Use it as an excuse
• Use it as an empowering reason to join the top 1%
I did the latter. I joined Toastmasters. I mastered public speaking. Then I took all the sh*t and made it part of my transformation.
It helped me reach over a billion people online.
Dan is right about becoming a Human 3.0. But information alone isn't enough.
You need a catalyst to make you want to change. The best ways to do that are:
1. Expose yourself to new experience
2. Study psychology
3. Flip the disempowering story you keep telling yourself
