माननीय DM मैम,
हमने आपसे भी कई बार मिलकर लंबित मुद्दों की जानकारी दी।
आपके निर्देश पर प्राधिकरण से बात की गई थी और जांच टीम गठित करने की बात कही गई थी।
लेकिन अभी तक जमीनी स्तर पर कोई कार्यवाही दिखाई नहीं दे रही है।

जब तक:
✔ जांच पूरी नहीं होती
✔ रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक नहीं होती
✔ लंबित कार्यों की स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं होती

तब तक AOA चुनाव स्थगित किया जाना चाहिए।
क्या जिला प्रशासन के पास इस स्थिति में चुनाव रोकने की शक्ति नहीं है?
1100 फ्लैट्स के निवासियों की सुरक्षा का प्रश्न है।

#MigsunUltimo में 22 मार्च को AOA चुनाव प्रस्तावित है, जबकि निम्न गंभीर मुद्दे अभी भी लंबित हैं:

Expansion Joints से लगातार लीकेज – भवन की स्थिरता पर संभावित खतरा।

₹60+ लाख का पानी का बकाया भुगतान लंबित।

1170 फ्लैट्स के लिए केवल 1000 KVA पावर बैकअप – अपर्याप्त व्यवस्था।

SUN 5, 6, 7 (60+ मीटर ऊंचाई) में फ्लैट के अंदर फायर डिटेक्टर नहीं – NBC मानकों का उल्लंघन।

SUN 1–4 में फायर डिटेक्टर आग की घटना में कार्य नहीं कर पाए – फायर ऑडिट रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक नहीं।

लिफ्ट सुरक्षा गंभीर चिंता – फ्री फॉल घटनाएं रिपोर्ट, Lift & Escalator Act 2024 अनुपालन स्पष्ट नहीं।

पार्किंग क्षेत्र में दुकानों के अवैध इलेक्ट्रिकल इंस्टॉलेशन – GNIDA नोटिस पर कोई स्पष्ट कार्रवाई नहीं।

पार्किंग अतिक्रमण – दुकानों द्वारा क्षेत्र विस्तार।

कई निवासियों को कवर पार्किंग आवंटित नहीं।

जब इतने गंभीर सुरक्षा, वित्तीय और वैधानिक मुद्दे लंबित हैं, तो चुनाव की जल्दबाजी क्यों?

पहले सुरक्षा और अनुपालन, फिर चुनाव।
