i wonder whether increasing the distance, running economy will have a bigger effect on performance. empirically, my teenage years rowing group would be comparatively faster on distances up to 15km to an equally trained runner. but increasing the rowing time never translated into better half-marathon times for us, without running specific neuromuscular activation.

@thdxr Whichever frontend framework has the best UI component library wins. It's always been this way. They made it the easiest to do so early enough and that won. No one wants to re-build them, React became the center of gravity, no one else could reach escape velocity.
