Yet interest, penalties & damages are imposed automatically.

Simple question:
👉 If a government system fails, why is the employer punished?

Digitisation was meant to simplify compliance, not turn it into a monthly risk.
Automation without accountability is not reform.

We respectfully urge:
• Waiver of penalties where delay is due to portal failure
• Public downtime logs for transparency
• Stable systems before deadlines

System failure for the authority cannot mean punishment for the citizen.

Digital governance must be efficient, fair & accountable — not one-sided.
