@tnflorvil Yeah I thought it was entertaining. For a movie about a plastic doll, I thought Greta Gerwig made a good job finding a blend of commercialism and subversiveness. Can you believe he’s going to be 10 next month?!
Saw the Barbie movie this weekend. Twice! Because I loved it so much. I took my 9-year-old the second time. The only question he had was “What’s fascism?” So I said we should probably watch The Hunger Games, because I am finding it hard to put that in kid terms.
