I'll try @EE but the current data upload speed doesn't lend itself to messages. It takes an age for tweets to go. However, we've done all this previously with zero improvement and zero engagement. I'd sooner have the previous assurances reviewed and sight of the engineers report.

What are you doing about this issue @EE? I've not had any further contact since this tweet last evening. Is it being progressed again or just hoping I'll go away? No change in performance, still the same as it has been for some months when you've told me it's all fixed.

Sadly not @EE this is constant and persistent over many months. Morning till night, it never changes. I'd love to see the engineers report! Either the capacity of the mast needs improving or the whole thing needs replacing. Useless. Find another flow chart response...

Oh @EE what a waste of time. I've raised this many times as a service problem and you insist it's fixed. If this is representative of your superfast 4G experience, it stinks. I'm located in a business park in Gloucester, not a forest path in the middle of nowhere.

.@ee I'm sure the #5G speeds are blistering. Sadly not with 4G. Dire results this past few weeks. Previously faster than Sky Fibre, until 5G came along. Somewhat predictable I guess.

@EE lol - no difference at all. My software is fully up to date. I restarted my S9 this morning. I'm standing outside with 3 bars of signal and dire 4G data in a busy Gloucester location. It's barely usable. Any other ideas?
