On @SouthwestAir flight #1590 from OAK to LAX, where my medically critical custom, fragile wheelchair was just checked against my wishes because the dedicated, on-board wheelchair cabinet was full of sodas that the flight crew said would be too much trouble to move.
@SouthwestAir , you have many many amazing crew members. I should know: I fly over 100 flights per year (with the companion pass to prove it). This is the first time this has happened. I hope something can be done to make sure this is the last.
