So frustrating @dobbies havant! Took the boys to see Santa and my son got this puzzle, there were 4 pieces missing! The puzzle was not dropped and opened under supervision. Safe to say I have a very upset son as his Santa present is incomplete 🤬😡

@FitbitSupport please help, I have 2 trackers, whilst at times they take a day or so to sync, my dashboard doesn't always show the steps it has sanc. I can look on the challenge steps total & it's accounted for them, but some days show no steps on my dashboard, all been updated
