सेवाओं के साथ कर्मचारियों का भी ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए।

���ज एक MTNL direct recruited(DR) 2009 बैच के अधिकारी मृत्यु हो गई|एक वर्ष मे तीसरे DR की मृत्यु हुई है|
एक और परिवार सड़क पर आ गया क्योंकि DR की कोई सामाजिक सुरक्षा नहीं है|
MTNL मे CMD द्वारा 3 वर्ष पूर्व वचन देने के बाद भी कार्पस फंड नहीं बनाया गया|
