@HalifaxBank I'm trying to transfer my sons' ISAs to a higher rate with NS&I & Halifax is preventing me unless I go into branch and show some ID for anti-fraud. Isn't the due diligence with the side taking on the ISA?! With Halifax having closed all the branches near me, this feels cynical.
