This is the state of Mula river at Hingewadi Pune- one of the major IT hub. This water also caters to the drinking water needs of the posh societies nearby. Wonder where have all the funds gone to clean the rivers

Problem in return flight as well
While booking I got upgraded to business class and now on the counter I am being told that upgrade has not happened
My mother is on wheelchair and therefore I had taken this upgrade

My mother had to wait for 20 mins in the aircraft for the wheelchair to arrive. Seems there is lack of coordination between ground staff . This was flight from Lucknow to Mumbai today at 1:30 pm
