KRA tax audits are on an insane sharp rise.
Not long ago, you rarely heard of KRA auditing anyone doing less than 8M or 10M in annual sales.
These days, people doing as little as 500K in annual sales are receiving audit notices.
Literally everyone seems to be receiving an audit notice.
What does this tell you?
If you're going to spend money on women, do it of your own volition & MORE IMPORTANTLY, because YOU CAN. Not because there's some inviolable universal law, that says you must pay women for existing. HER taste, past experiences, & expectations are HER responsibility. Not yours.
Don't labor away trying to "afford" a woman, or anyone for that matter. Afford yourself: Your tastes, your experiences, & your aspirations. These are YOUR responsibility. If you work hard for your money, earn it down to the last coin, don't ever let anyone dictate its value to, & for, you.
This thinking is not unique to you. Each successive generation believes itself the best thing since sliced bread. What is unique to Gen Z, however, and with the exception of a few bright sparks, is that you're perhaps the most unimaginative lot to have ever walked the face of earth. Grievance is your default resting state, which you mistake for revolutionary fervor.
You do not read, which might give you wonder & a more grounded identity. You are forever suspicious of the labours of existence. Work, family, the patient construction of life: everything was conceived to punish you.
You have, thus, been reduced to spectators in your own lives, which would explain the chronic emptiness you suffer, and the thousand traumas you are forever invoking. It's not sickness, just spiritual emptiness.
And because you cannot point to any one individual for your dissatisfaction with self, you carry a permanent grievance against the world and its systems.
Stripped of optimism and aspiration, as both demand imagination, you define yourself in opposition to things. But opposition requires justification, and since you have not cultivated capacity for critical thought and imagination, you reach for the easiest explanations to complex issues, which is usually a chewed moral slogan.
And when tasked to defend it, resort to insults. It is this you term “revolutionary spirit", which is, in fact, a handicap.
There is no backbone without a grounded identity, so you yield and defer to mental cocoons sustained almost exclusively by conformity.
And because the spiritual emptiness deals you anguish, your draw the greatest satisfaction from destroying rather than building. It's, basically, lashing out.
You burn everything for morsels of validation and call it fearless.

The Ministry of Tourism funds and owns the project, but the Ministry of Defence holds the contract and procurement documents.
“Social media gives legions of idiots the right to speak when they once only spoke at a bar after a glass of wine, without harming the community... but now they have the same right to speak as a Nobel Prize winner. It's the invasion of the idiots.”

Kama unajua huwa unajiangalia hivi maisha yako unaona uko category ya watu wanaeza semwa wako na pesa, even if its not so much, you need to evaluate the relationship you have with the people in your life. Watu wengi sio watu wazuri. Most of these people smiling at you, ringing your phone 24/7, are propelled towards you because they see there are things you can do for them, they dont care so much about you like you think,Your family included. Siku mambo huwa inachemka, when things get tough, you expect them to hold your hand but they will look at you in disgust . Watu uliinua maisha yao wakati ulikua na cha kupeana hukudharao mbaya sana. Most of these relationships are parasitic, they only exist because there is something to benefit from you. I think its better to handful of people you can count on,than a Multitude of snakes who are always smiling because they see a well to drain from

@lawrencekitema@CEEEINFINIT I heard that there are no true friends in the workplace. I think that's partly true and partly false, but mostly I think we should not share any insights about life with work friends.

Democracy is a Scam. The definition of state is a nation and a nation is the people. A government of the people by the people is called a democracy. When everything is under government control just like socialist states, it's considered to be the highest level of democracy. Totalitarianism is the highest level of democracy. The forefathers of USA knew this, that's why a state like the US is a republic not a democracy. North Korea is called the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for a reason while South Korea is called Republic of South Korea for a different reason.
The unspoken rules of a traditional African ceremony:
1. Do not arrive on time. You don't want to seem too eager, especially for a burial, or an eating ceremony. Let it seem that they dragged you out of a pressing activity like weeding your farm. Delay a bit. If you made it early, wait for others to start trickling in.
2. Do not walk in alone with your arms behind your back. Join a group walking in. If they laugh, laugh. If they clap, clap. A man who walks alone is evil. He is afraid people will discover his evil spirit if he joined them.
3. When they call for food, pretend you didn't hear the call. Continue with the conversation among your kin. They will call a second time, raise your head, but do not move. They will come and call you a third time. Now you can go. Again, it is important that you do not seem too eager to the eating table. It will be said you went there for food only.
4. If you are gluttonous, try and be funny that we may ascribe your gluttony to silliness rather than to what it actually is. You can't eat more than us and still look like Iddi Amin. We will beat you.
5. City people are revered. It is not that we do not value our own, but it is important that guests go with a good impression of us. So we will give them the best seats, and first servings. We may not have but our reputation does not have to suffer as well.
6. When you are called to give a speech, start by telling us who your father is. His name is very important. Then you will see the elders nod their heads, mumbling that you really are your father's son or daughter. Just as intelligent and brave. It is very important that you have a father in African ceremonies. Dead or alive, his name remains.
7. If the person beside you falls amd starts mumbling incoherently and sweating, this especially common among women in burial ceremonies, do not run. It is the spirit of grief that has seized her. They will come pick her up, take her outside under a tree to cool. The spirit of grief brings high fever. It needs cooling in the shade.
8. If you came with a car, offer to leave with a few kinsmen. When they complain that they will soil your car with their dirty feet, and they will, you must insist that the car was already dirty even if you just brought it from a car wash.
9. With the car, it is important that you drop your kinsmen at their gates so that the neighbors will see that they have "big" connections in the city. This will shield them againt harassment by a malicious neighbor with ill intent.
10. If you are a handsome bachelor, a villager will tell you about their daughter who is also in the city. In the university or working somewhere. They will give you her number. Tell you to call her. You guys should know each other. They are hooking you up. If none offers and you are a bachelor, I will not speak. If I speak, you will say I am insulting you.
In 1987, a Luo trader named Alseba Oruko from Sidho in Kano was arrested and taken to court after selling omena to a group of villagers from Kaptumo in Nandi County, allegedly claiming that the small fish were "fish seeds" which, if planted, would grow into tilapia.
Believing they had discovered an innovative farming idea, the villagers planted omena instead of maize during that planting season.
The matter later attracted the attention of the Department of Criminal Investigations, then known as the CID.
Alseba was traced to Awasi, arrested, and subsequently arraigned in court.
In her defence, Alseba argued that the incident arose from a language barrier and that the villagers had misunderstood her explanation.
She stated that many of the women she sold omena to complained that their husbands disliked the fish or its smell.
She therefore advised them to hide the omena tins in their farms, using the phrase "una panda kwa shamba," where panda was a verb derived from the Luo word pando, meaning "to hide
