@ErikSquirrel@VigilantFox Money is fungible. Pot A or Pot B matters not. But for frugal people it does. I’m fairly frugal. I invent spending rules like that to keep myself in line and it’s made me comfortable too, over time.
@vishotta@MattWalshBlog On its face, if Karmelo was white, white people would not believe self defense. How does Karmelo being black creates a self defense issue? If he felt seriously threatened by whites then why sit where he did and refuse to leave when asked?
@realDailyWire This journey should have been kept private. The reaction you got is 100% foreseeable. Don’t seek validation or comfort from strangers. You’ll never find it, no matter which choice you make.
@GadSaad That is brilliant! A solution is needed for elementary school. Exclusion starts around 2nd or 3rd grade. I was so traumatized by shunning that I never ate a single lunch in the cafeteria in high school … and I was not the only one. I’m in my 60s now.
@libsoftiktok@Nextdoor I dunno. Nextdoor reflects a lot of “white flight” opinions that are disturbing. I’m conservative and don’t like to read that stuff either. Mostly I think all politics should be avoided on NextDoor. I got off the app bc of political debates.
