Yeah, I agree he and many others were unusually confident $60k was a macro bottom, same with the sentiment at Bitcoin conferences we attended, so our Bitcoin Treasury company took it as a signal to avoid buying back for now since selling all of our BTC at $109,000 per coin last year.

We attend a minimum of 4+ Bitcoin conferences yearly to gauge public sentiment outside the X feed. In Bitcoin 2026 Las Vegas, the overwhelming sentiment was the bottom is in and new ATH in 2026, so we continued to delay buying back. In Bitcoin Hong Kong 2025, we noticed too many "Bitcoin Treasury companies" hoarding Bitcoin at average prices of $115k+, so we sold 100% of our stack and have been averaging 5% yield lending our USDC against 2x collateral requirements - while others are 50% underwater on BTC and/or given up their strategies.
We carry zero debt. Are we doing things right?
Also grabbed this free hat from the STRC booth at Bitcoin 2026 since we think it will be a scarce asset years from now ๐.
