@Tesco Eventually yes. Two days later and had to pay another delivery slot which was more due to being on a friday. Not good when I have a 3 month old at home! Customer service staff not the most accommodating!
@Gemhart@Tesco Ive been on hold half hour. Cant actually amend my order until after its due to come today. Have had to book another slot for friday and order more groceries with another delivery charge to secure the slot. Not good service at all!!
@Gemhart@Tesco Iโve received the same phone call. Called back to find out how to re arrange my slot. Information provided was useless and was told to just book a new slot. How does this carry over my current oder. Now on hold to customer service. Guessing I wont get another slot for days.
