@AssassinateHate Coach shit himself lmao. Classic rookie mistake of abusing your best player when you start to lose instead of fixing what’s wrong cause you can’t figure it out.
@ZachNBA_ Tweet equivalent of a centrist. Facts: he ALSO played Wemby 44 mins, failed to figure out the the Knicks offense was Brunson PNR with whoever Wemby was guarding for spacing, and allowed terrible 3s and ISOs the whole 2nd. He shit himself in front of his young players. Fact.
@FG38380841@Spurs_Nation No it's true. I don't like the call from Mitch to have Wemby be that one to double, but it's fine. But i get what you mean, even though Fox has to be in two places at once, he totally shuts off after the shot goes up.
@tomcnow@Mike_Jagacki Probably because the illegal defense rule was changed in 2001. Now all you have to do is step outside the paint every three seconds to avoid a defensive three seconds - if your guy is in the paint or if you are guarding someone actively, I believe the 3 second rule doesn’t apply
@ISAAC4O8 Just straight up throwing someone to the floor when you think the opponent is being too physical >>> flopping more to get calls when you think the opponent is being too physical
@PatJC83@andrewsharp Knicks were a bottom 5 team in free throw rate during the regular season and the spurs had the best defensive free throw rate during the regular season and one of the best during the playoffs. First half was the outlier, not the second half
