Don’t fear bad days or missed lifts. When you understand EVERYONE has them & they are only a tiny fraction in the grand scheme of your training life...you’ll start to enjoy training much more.
When an athlete is doing a box jump, the goal isn't fatigue them. You're trying to prime the CNS, or contrast with a squat....why would you think 15 box jumps per set is a good idea?
#Prayer is the breath of faith. It is like a cry that comes forth from the heart of the believer and is entrusted to God. Faith is having two raised hands and a voice that cries out to implore the gift of salvation. #GeneralAudience
Technique & posture matter more than you think!
Example: Someone who deadlifts with optimal positioning & doesn’t lose stability (allowing their back to round) will be able to tolerate more load & more frequent heavy days than someone with poor technique & postures.
Some ideas cause division to the point that the idea is more important than the Holy Spirit who guides us. May the Lord free us from divisions, and help us understand this great mystery of Jesus: He is everyone's Shepherd, in Him we are all brothers and sisters. #HomilySantaMarta
Most Important lessons a coach needs to teach and an athlete needs to learn:
1) Sleep and recovery will enhance your health and fitness
2) Good and Healthy Nutrition will help your body recover
3) Physical Training is only as good as long as you follow the

What patience the Lord has with each of us! He respects our situation, walks at our side as He did with the disciples of Emmaus, and listens to our dissatisfactions. He respects us. He enjoys listening to how we speak so as to understand us well and give us the correct response.
