After updating to Ubuntu 25.10, I noticed that in Dolphin, when I create a new directory and another directory is selected, the new dir is created *under* that directory. I just love how developers create weird features like this *and* decide to change the default behavior. Sigh.

3) very poor compatibility with opening PDF with Draw. Even very simple PDF's will have its text overflowing to the right. Nowadays only about 25% of documents I open in Draw render without something totally being f*cked up. I now have to use online platforms like Canva instead.

starts using 25.2.2 with a new laptop with 25.04. i feel like libreoffice is actively discouraging me to use it. old bugs still existing aside, here are new issues i'm having now:

2) issue with performance of scrolling, e.g. slow like molasses. even browser-based spreadsheet like Google Sheets is significantly faster.

1) Save As as well as Export to PDF default directory changes from the directory of original file to last used dir, which is annoying if you open files from different projects. No option given to choose. Will apparently be reverted in 25.2.3. Why annoy your users like this??

Can we get a better file transfer in KDE connect? It's 2025 yet this feature is so minimalistically user-hostile. Only single file at a time, no resume, no retries, no remembering last folder, sometimes even no notification. #kde #kdeconnect
