He estado en la cárcel de máxima seguridad de El Salvador en 2 ocasiones y mi sensación fue la misma: miras al Mal a los ojos.

Ahora están siendo juzgados y la comunidad internacional critica a Bukele y le acusa de “crímenes de lesa humanidad”.

Estos monstruos, 486 cabecillas de la Mara Salvatrucha, ordenaron más de 29.000 asesinatos en una población de algo más de 6.000.000 de habitantes durante 10 años, entre 2012 y 2022.

Los testigos protegidos han declarado que ordenaron «abrir las válvulas» (asesinar a salvadoreños de forma masiva) en cuatro ocasiones: la primera fue en 2012, luego en 2016, la tercera en 2019 y la última en 2022, la cual llevó al Gobierno a instaurar el régimen de excepción.

Son líderes de pandillas bien conocidos, la mayoría de ellos ya condenados por crímenes que cometieron personalmente, incluyendo asesinato, violación (a menudo violación seguida de asesinato), extorsión y secuestro.

El único aspecto “novedoso” es hacer responsables a los jefes por los crímenes llevados a cabo por sus organizaciones.

No han inventado ese principio. Se llama “responsabilidad de mando”, y se aplicó en Europa durante los Juicios de Núremberg.

wie du dich fühlst
und wie frei du wirklich bist.

Die moderne Welt wird dir Erdungsmatten verkaufen.
Blaulichtfilter.
Schlaf-Tracker.
Vitamin-D-Kapseln.
Meditations-Apps.
Produktivitätsplaner.

Alles.

Bevor sie dir eine Sache sagt:

Dass du vielleicht nicht krank bist.
Sondern einfach nur falsch lebst.

Zu wenig Sonne.
Zu wenig Bewegung.
Zu wenig echte Gespräche.
Zu wenig Ruhe.
Zu viel Bildschirm.
Zu viel Stress.
Zu viel künstliches Leben.

Ich habe irgendwann gemerkt:

Viele Menschen leben nicht in einem System,
das sie krank macht,
weil es böse ist.

Sondern weil es komplett
gegen die menschliche Natur gebaut ist.

Du sitzt den ganzen Tag drinnen.
Du arbeitest für Zahlen auf einem Konto.
Du siehst deine Freunde nach Termin.
Du siehst die Sonne durch ein Fenster.
Du bist müde und brauchst Kaffee.
Du bist gestresst und brauchst Urlaub.
Du kannst nicht schlafen und brauchst Melatonin.
Du bist unruhig und brauchst Grass.
Du bist unglücklich und brauchst Unterhaltung.

Und für jedes Problem
gibt es ein Produkt.

Aber fast nie wird über die Ursache gesprochen.

Die Ursache ist nicht,
dass wir zu wenig Apps haben.

Die Ursache ist,
dass wir uns zu weit entfernt haben von dem,
wie Menschen eigentlich leben sollten.

Mehr draußen.
Mehr Bewegung.
Mehr echte Gespräche.
Mehr Ruhe.
Mehr Sinn.
Mehr Selbstbestimmung.

Weniger Stress
Weniger Termine.
Weniger Abhängigkeit.

Und genau das hat sich bei mir verändert,
seit ich in El Salvador lebe.

Ich habe das ganze Jahr Sonne.
Ich bin jeden Tag draußen.
Ich arbeite nicht in einem Büro.
Ich esse frischere Lebensmittel.
Ich bin immer Barfuß und geerdet
Ich habe weniger Termine und mehr Zeit.
Weniger Digitalisierung.
Mehr echtes Leben.

Und es gibt noch einen Punkt,
den die meisten komplett unterschätzen:

Die Grundstimmung in einem Land.

In manchen Ländern hat man das Gefühl,
alles wird kontrolliert, reguliert und verwaltet.
Die Menschen sind gestresst.
Genervt.
Pessimistisch.
Alle funktionieren,
aber wenige sind wirklich lebendig.

Und dann gibt es Länder,
in denen die Menschen mehr lachen.
Mehr draußen sind.
Mehr zusammen sitzen.
Mehr improvisieren.
Mehr leben.

Nicht alles ist perfekter.
Aber die Menschen wirken freier.
Leichter.
Positiver.

Und diese Grundstimmung
zieht dich entweder runter
oder sie hebt dich hoch.

Ich bin nicht ausgewandert,
weil mein Leben schlecht war.

Ich bin ausgewandert,
weil sich mein Leben noch echter anfühlen sollte.

Freier.
Einfacher.
Natürlicher.

Am Ende geht es gar nicht nur um Steuern,
Politik oder Geld.

Sondern um eine viel größere Frage:

In welcher Umgebung kannst du als Mensch so leben,
dass du dich nicht jeden Tag reparieren musst?
