@SanAntonioTim They need to do an audit top down on that staff. If they keep Stroud it can’t be ran back with just the same staff. He has looked worse each year.

@TexansCommenter Not saying Slowik wasn’t deserving of getting fired but Oline play is still as bad as it was last season we can’t lineup in short yardage/goal line without a procedural penalty poor execution and a QB who is ruined atleast for 2 years and now this team will be .500 or less

@TexansCommenter It’s a top down failure on the offensive side of the ball and it feels like the Slowik firing was done more fo us than it was to make this team better. I just don’t know which I trust more CJ as our QB or Caley and this staff on our offense.

@YoungAri_Gold The issue is not just CJ, but the offense top to bottom is just not good enough unless your defense pitches a near shutout and gets a TD

@YoungAri_Gold This o line is awful they can do nothing in Short yardage or goal to go without getting a procedural penalty. Thats a coaching problem, Juice Scruggs is unplayable at G or C newly signed RG Ed Ingram and C Jake Andrews are unable to block at the point of attack. Thats a GM issue

@YoungAri_Gold CJ stroud has his part to play for sure not absolving him completely but this organization also failed him they fielded a good defense but also hired no one with experience to run the offense. Kubiak hired Wade Phillips Demeco and Caserio should have done something similar

@htownhenry But I saw a QB in his rookie year that in some of the situations he faced today that would chuck it out of bounds to now basically throwing a basketball hook prayer shot into the middle of the field with 5 defenders in the area. Some of it is on CJ but this team didn’t develop CJ

@htownhenry So when they have an opportunity to hire an experienced OC to help they hire Caley a guy with no experience as an OC the same reason used when they fired Slowik

@htownhenry It just never felt like this franchise planned for a possible regressn trading for Diggs for 1 year, not hiring any real experience on the offensive staff. It’s like they saw 1 year and though QB position solved, then when he regressed in 24 it’s Slowik & his lack of experience

@YoungAri_Gold The coaching and rookie year hype ruined CJ the franchise fast tracked him at the risk of his development for this run this team won’t be serious contention for a few years unless Graham Mertz is Brock Purdy 2.0 the organizational arrogance of this franchise cost them.

@McClain_on_NFL The whole offense seems off I think you have to fire Caley and the entire staff Caserio and you let CJ walk and roll with Davis Mills and look for your next Franchise QB
