@parcelforce I have contacted them and they suggested we contact you for the geocode as it’s yourselves that had this parcel in your possession for delivery. It’s a shame I can’t seem to get more assistance given the circumstances of the situation.

@parcelforce Hi Sue. This is the info I am already able to see. I appreciate your reply thank you. Are you able to at least provide a Geo Code for the delivery as extra proof to hopefully conclude the issue with the customer denying the delivery please?
