@UseClear I used to be able to easily add new list items at the top with a quick swipe down. Now, it just disables the keyboard and I have to swipe again to enter the new item. Also, the huge list title takes up valuable space up top. I know what list I'm in!
@rev_cap I asked it why is Metaโs tax rate so low. It gave a reasonable sounding answer but had pulled its data from Haliburtonโs(?) earnings. Unless you pay attention it can fool you by sounding reasonable.
@longcastadviser@DeepValueMicros@AndrewRangeley No one's offered new non-public info. I offer a diff perspective on the idea that they're growing well (11%?) and the data hasn't changed. It has. Hopefully it changes again. There's a narrative that Leland's special. Maybe he got lucky once, needs to prove he's special.
@longcastadviser@AndrewRangeley I'm long, trying to see if I made a mistake. I took the GS deal as confirmation of their s/w. But it was luck, fell into their lap. Leland's failed to turn it into more big clients. Poor growth. I hope he pulls a rabbit from his hat, but that's not a thesis.
@longcastadviser@AndrewRangeley What data hasn't changed your view? They can't seem to close big deals. They took worse terms from GS. A tiny company should be growing fast off a small base, but they aren't.
@Chariot_Invest Competition? Lots of deep pockets in mega-tech who want to own their own stack. They don't love paying huge markups and being dependent on $nvda. I feel like the world was different 30 years ago and $intc can't happen again. Semis became strategic.
@irbezek Regardless of what happens with the MX airports going forward, just wanted to say your level-headedness during what must be a difficult day is impressive. Kudos.
