Avoid @RAC_Cover , 3 times my wife broke down , never turned up to 2 of them. Left her scared , afraid in a place she didn’t know in the dark and on her own. She’s put complaints in and they’ve not had the decency to even acknowledge them. Shocking behaviour 1/2

She was left for 4-6 hours and they never had the decency to inform her they wouldn’t be turning up. She’s nearly £400 out of pocket due to cost to get home .She’s reported to ombudsman who can’t do nothing either .

@TheRAC_UK 2 months ago my wife’s car broke down and you never turned up till the next day . Was expensive to get home on the train etc . She’s now broke down again and it waiting on her own in a car park . Her times have already changed twice. 1/2
