Declared a dividend of Rs 5 per share.

PE 19, Valuation is still cheap and comfortable, FII and DII have increased their positions in the last 2 qtrs. Stock has already corrected due to FII selling and I don't see much downside from here, any dip will be an opportunity and should trade above 600 to justify it's valuation.
