The best well-wishers of a stable, peaceful, and prosperous India have been reasoning, recommending, and requesting for some reforms. Yet, sadly, their requests are never acknowledged.

When this NEET issue happened, supporters of the govt suggested certain actions and clear communication. They were ignored.

Now, the govt submits to anarchists. Messaging directly from the top so many times, meeting them and listening to them, and fulfilling all their demands.

If the govt is forced to listen to the senseless who take to the street and not sensible supporters at the earnest, things will only get worse.

Having tasted success, there may be more protests, more unreasonable demands, and more anarchy to extract and weaken the govt as well as India.

Even after all this, though I am always optimistic, I do not keep high hopes on GoI tackling social media psyops, programming, and infowar the right way.

In fact, it is now seen they are only going after the patriots who point out issues and problems questioning the apathy and inaction.

If this continues, I have already posted what the end result will be. He was already walking like a winner today for what CJP did. That's what India will get.

In light of the recent public statements and administrative commitments concerning the blanket withdrawal or quashing of First Information Reports (FIRs) related to the agitations led by the CJP and associated acts of public disorder, our Clients wish to assert their legal rights and standing. They vigorously oppose any such executive concessions or applications filed pursuant to Section 360 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (formerly known as Section 321 of the CrPC).

It is well-established in law that the withdrawal of criminal prosecution cannot be permitted as a mere political compromise or executive leniency in cases involving cognizable offenses such as public violence, obstruction of public servants in the line of duty, and disturbance of public peace. Consequently, our Clients will be submitting appropriate Intervention Applications and Impleadment Petitions to the competent jurisdictional Courts. They aim to demonstrate that any unilateral withdrawal of prosecution threatens the rule of law, and the dismissal of such criminal proceedings without judicial review would be entirely illegitimate, legally unsound, and against the public interest.

(1) July 2006 - Mumbai train blasts

- I used to generally leave office late in the evening from Churchgate.
- On this day, wasn't feeling well and decided to leave early.
- But due to bad stomach pain, came back to office from Churchgate station.
- Half and hour later, heard the tragic news.
- 189 people were killed and over 800 were injured.

(2) August 2007 - Hyderabad bomb blast

- I used to stay in Sindhi Colony with my batchmates, not very far from the lakefront lumbini park and Gokul Chat bhandar.
- It was weekend but for some unknown reason, we decided not to go to Gokul chat and later, even dropped the plan to go the lakefront.
- In the evening, my phone range...a cousin inquired how was I doing, and If was OK. He informed me about the bomb blast in these places. My parents were desperately trying to reach me but could not. I called them later.
- 32 people died at Gokul Chat and 10 to 12 people died at Lumbini Park; about 68 people sustained injuries.
- It became a running joke in my family that wherever I relocate to, the city faces terrorist attack!

In 18 major terrorist attacks across India between 2004 and 2014, a total of 952 people died and approximately 3,066 people were injured.

#LestWeForgetIndia🇮🇳 Naik Kaushal Yadav, Vir Chakra (P), 9 PARA (SF) & his supreme sacrifice after neutralising five of the enemy #OnThisDay 25 July in 1999.

The gallant action of this #IndianBrave led to the capture of Zulu Top

Nk Yadav was the squad commander of a team tasked to capture Zulu top on 25 July 1999 during Op Vijay.

The objective was at a height of 5100 meters with no approaches from their own side. The sheer vertical slopes made the cliff assault extremely difficult, which was further compounded by minus 15-degree temperature and extensive enemy minefields.

Under such adverse conditions, Nk Yadav’s squad was tasked to gain a foothold on top of Zulu Top from the western approach. Using his extraordinary mountaineering skills he led his squad and opened a route for his comrades to follow.

Nk Yadav realizing that the enemy was trying to evict him from his foothold personally led his squad from the front for assaulting the well-entrenched enemy.

On reaching the enemy fire position, he leaped forward towards the enemy with total disregard for his own safety, lobbing grenades into their sanger and firing from the hip. The enemy was shocked by the ferocious charge and in a deadly exchange of fire at close quarters, Nk Yadav personally killed five enemy soldiers. In the process, he too was grievously wounded and made the supreme sacrifice, but his action ensured the capture of Zulu Top.

Naik Kaushal Yadav displayed courage, bravery, valour of the highest order.

The #IndianBrave was awarded the Vir Chakra posthumously. 🏵

In the melee of #CockroachProtests we have not noticed the spectacular failure #BJP media team including ITCell. Total inability to create a narrative to counter hateful well crafted narrative of Left Ecosystem. They didn’t go beyond memes or whataboutry.

Their attention seems to be more on stalking well-wishers who, on some occasions, also criticize BJP honestly & positively, and threatening or abusing them. Harshvardhan ji @MediaHarshVT knows this just like me.
That #Modi ji had to put in his all to retrieve the situation, even make a reel at midnight reflects poorly on BJP communication. My heart breaks. Hence this bitter post.

BJP Media seems to have no connect with the ground, no feedback mechanism obviously, and did not understand youth anger built over months, not just on NEET. NEET was the straw on their back.

People like me speak from field experience, not excel sheets or ppts. My criticism 2024 served BJP wonderfully well.

Yes, I will keep struggling for success of nationalist forces, support BJP but speak up where required. For people like me Nation comes first.

They can shadow me, threaten me or take ‘revenge - sood ke saath’ as a new age leader warned me. :-) I belong to a generation who expected nothing but soldiered on for decades before these horizontally grafted leaders were even on the scene.

It was 1982.

Two days before my brother’s CBSE Mathematics exam, a friend called to say that a student, reportedly the grandson of a politician, had access to the question paper.

The price was staggering. Even split four ways, it was beyond us.

I had just started my first job, earning the princely sum of ₹1,400 a month. Our parents were away in Mhow, so my brother asked our grandfather (Nana), with whom we were staying, to lend him the money.

He listened quietly as my brother argued that those buying the paper would have an unfair advantage over deserving students.

Then he asked, “How do you intend to repay me?”

“Dad will, when we next meet.”

“So your father hasn’t agreed to this, yet you’re asking him to repay a debt you’ve chosen to incur?”

Then came the lesson.

“Suppose I help you buy your way through this first major examination. What happens the next time? And the time after that? How many shortcuts will you justify?”

That ended the discussion.

My brother never got the money. He never saw the leaked paper. His results were good, though not as spectacular as those of some who had bought it.

My grandfather wasn’t being miserly. Far from it. He was an extraordinarily generous man. What he refused to finance was an unfair advantage.

It remains one of the greatest lessons he ever taught us.

Corruption isn’t defeated only by catching those who sell question papers. It is also defeated every time someone refuses to buy one, however unfair the consequences may seem.

Looking back, I also realise that this incident explains, at least in part, why so many Indians left the country in the 1980s and 1990s.

Many weren’t simply chasing higher salaries. They wanted their children to grow up in a system where honesty wasn’t routinely punished and unfair advantage couldn’t so easily be bought.

Every generation has confronted this temptation in one form or another. The technology changes. The excuses change. The moral choice does not.

Or so we thought.

Wanted to take a moment to thank someone who gave @SkyrootA its first real lift-off—Mukesh Bansal.

8 Years ago, we sent him a cold LinkedIn message.

He replied.

We met that very weekend.

Soon after, he became Skyroot’s first investor with a ₹10 crore cheque.

At the time, there was no space policy. No proof that we could build an orbital rocket. Immense technology risk. And every reason to say no.

Yet he looked beyond the uncertainty. He believed in our passion and saw possibility long before there was evidence.

But what stayed with me even more than the investment was the trust.

He gave us complete freedom to build, trusted us to make the right decisions, and was always there to mentor us whenever we needed him. More than capital, he helped shape our thinking with one piece of advice:

“Always do the right thing. This journey will be much longer and much harder than you imagine. Build two things with equal importance: the product and the organisation.”

This has guided us through every phase of the journey and continue to shape how we build Skyroot today.

The first cheque is never just capital. It is belief.

Every great startup needs someone willing to take that first leap of faith—when all they can really invest in is the founders’ conviction.

India needs many more such risk-takers backing ambitious deep-tech entrepreneurs long before success becomes obvious.

I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing last night of Group Captain Dara Phiroze Chinoy, VSM.

Chinoy is best remembered for one of the IAF’s most remarkable wartime escapes. On 10 Sep 1965, while flying a Mystère of No. 32 Sqn on a low-level strike against a heavily defended target in the Lahore sector, his aircraft was hit by anti-aircraft fire.

He ejected over Pakistani territory, came under fire while descending and was pursued after landing. For more than five hours, he ran, crawled and concealed himself among the fields, before crossing the front line and reaching Indian troops.

What followed was equally telling. Chinoy returned to his squadron and flew further operational missions during the war. For his determination and devotion to duty, he was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal in January 1966.

The escape was only one extraordinary episode in a remarkable flying career. Chinoy survived three ejections: from an Ouragan in 1964 following a serious control malfunction, from the Mystère in 1965, and from a MiG-21 after a bird strike in 1987. Yet he continued to return to the cockpit.

His subsequent appointments included serving as an instructor at the Flying Instructors School, instructing with the Iraqi Air Force, becoming Chief Flying Instructor at Tambaram, commanding No. 30 Squadron, serving as Joint Director of Offensive Operations at Air Headquarters, and later as Station Commander at No. 33 Signal Unit. He retired from the IAF as a Group Captain in January 1990.

If an Indian startup/defense firm wants to build rocket engines/satellite parts/surgical implants/advanced drone components, they need sub-micron precision metal parts made from heavy-duty alloys like Titanium & Inconel.

Historically, the ultra-precise 5-axis CNC machines required to carve these complex 3D parts had to be imported from countries like Germany/Japan/Switzerland at astronomical costs. To make matters worse, foreign suppliers face tight export controls on high-precision machining tech due to its dual-use potential in defense/missiles.

India had the engineering talent to design hardware, but was held back by a reliance on imported tooling & machining infrastructure.

A not so known startup Ethereal Machines is doing genuinely game-changing work for Indian deeptech & manufacturing, operating in a sector that rarely gets flashy headline attention compared to consumer tech.

Founded by Kaushik Mudda & Navin Jain out of RVCE in BLR, they hit on a fundamental bottleneck that was quietly crippling India’s hardware, aerospace & defense ecosystem.

Instead of just buying machines, Ethereal built their own multi-axis CNC machines from the ground up in India including their proprietary hardware, mechanics & complex CNC controller software. 🙏🙏

They built flagship proprietary machines like Halo, Aura & Nimbus that deliver sub 10 micron precision allowing intricate metal geometries to be carved in a single setup w/o manually repositioning the raw block.

Their early breakthrough was combining 3D printing (adding material) & multi-axis CNC milling (carving material away) into a single machine platform.

Instead of just selling machines, they run a massive 50K+ sq ft Smart Factory in Peenya, BLR operating 24/7. Startups in spacetech, drone tech, semiconductor equipment & medical devices can upload CAD designs & get aerospace-grade precision components delivered in days instead of months, cutting customer lead times by ~40%.

They became the 1st Indian company to win a CES "Best of Innovation" Award in Las Vegas for their hybrid manufacturing tech.

By controlling both the hardware & the software behind multi-axis machining, they give India's spacetech & defense ecosystem a local manufacturing fallback that cannot be disrupted by global supply chain shocks/export bans.

Top-tier deeptech investors like Peak XV Partners, Blume Ventures & Avataar Ventures backed them with major Series A & B funding rounds to set up a massive 300K sq. ft. mega-factory outside BLR.

Most people think of "Indian tech" as SaaS apps/fintech/q-com, Ethereal Machines is doing the heavy, unglamorous lifting, building the physical machine tools required to manufacture the rockets, drones, medical implants & chips of tomorrow right inside India. 🙏🙏
