@AbsoluteBruno VAR checks every play in the box. They call the ref if there is a potential foul. Here, first one was a flop. Second one Salah stripped and tried to sell it, defender didn’t trip him. Have a good day
@terryflewers Because the defender didn’t step on Salah’s foot. VAR reviews every play in the box, they correctly saw the defender strip the ball first and then Salah trip on the ground before dragging his foot into the defender’s. On the other play, the Argentinian players foot was stepped on
@7upenthusiast@xoxabstract Yeah picture on left the Egyptian player steps on Argentina players foot so the player can’t run and then falls. Picture on right, Salah got stripped of ball and then kicks the ground right before the other players foot.
Foul no foul
@WORLBOSSJOSH@KingofTheBong0s@CLINT419 Salah got stripped then he kicked the foot of the other player / the other player didn’t trip or step on him. No foul.
On the other play, Argentinian player had his foot stepped on clearly.
@dieworkwear When you first learn rules, you cling on to them and are rigid as you think it elevates you vs. those who don’t “know” the rules. After a while, you realize a rule is just a rule and know when to break them. As in just wear the right shoe for the occasion…
@MillenniumY2Kay ?? You care way too much about this man. Competitors can say what they want I get it. Just saying he’s not a likable guy so ofc he’s gonna get some crap. Not rocket science. Support your boys all you want
