@ArgosHelpers Hi. Trying to use a £7 discount code emailed to me by Argos. The email clearly states that the expiry date is 25 June but checkout is rejecting it as expired. Your Facebook team gave me the brush-off. Please resolve this or I will raise a complaint with the ASA.
@CurrysServices Hi. Trying to buy a coffee maker and I go to checkout & get an error message that says "Maximum quantity reached for [product name]" over and over again. I have not bought the item previously, and only want one. It says it's available. What is the issue? Thanks.
@thameswater I called and you recommended WhatsApp to save time and then after 4 and a half hours of being "on hold" for someone, a message pops up and says, "The messaging service is going offline". Sorry but that is a completely rubbish customer experience. Annoyed.
@robm82@HiveHelper Heating and hot water stayed on all night after a one hour boost! This is a catastrophic bug with the current high energy prices. Can’t afford to stay with Hive if your app keeps malfunctioning. I’m so annoyed.
@McDonaldsUK Once again a restaurant got the Drive Thru order wrong, charging me for items but packing the wrong things. And again I open my order at home to find it's wrong but it's too far to drive back to the restaurant. Again and again. McDonalds UK you are utterly useless.
@Morrisons Your credit card payment/verification system is continually breaking and cancelling scheduled orders. Someone in higher management needs to fix this. I've spoken to the credit card company and this is a problem with *your* system. If it happens again I'm done with you.
Nobody wants younger #Superman again — it’s been done. @JamesGunn / @wbpictures underestimate the global excitement for #HenryCavill to make a new #Superman film. All that patient goodwill, buzz and fandom will be lost, and dropping Henry Cavill looks bad. #HenryCavillSuperman
Back to the future.
The idea that we must sacrifice Nature for economic growth is a frame that I thought we’d got past.
Seems not.
Rather than writing it again, here’s a piece I did back in 2013.
Just as true now, but sadly still needing to repeat

Generations to come will rage in disbelief that in the 21st century, developed world economies continued burning trees, even in the face of the impending greenhouse effect apocalypse.
EU limits subsidies for burning trees under renewable energy directive https://t.co/4Lx5qbBfKb
@ThreeUKSupport Your system has messed up my upgrade and is charging me for two different plans at the same time on the same SIM! And there is no one available on Live Chat for a couple of days, please help!!
