What an absolute shambles the Llanishen @Morrisons is! Had an order to collect between 5pm and 6pm, got there at 5:45pm to be told by the guy they throw everything out at 5:30pm. So even though it’s been paid for, they throw it out. Only thing the guy said was “get a refund”

@BristolAirport Staff at Ritazza are shocking. People struggling to sit because 2 people laid out on the sofas, taking up 5 tables and when I spoke to a staff member he simply said "yeah, nothing I can do". Not great customer service for those who can't sit on the higher chairs
