@MAP1891 @joshual951 @BBCNews I’m with Joshua and others on the main point but GHW is different in that IT IS a significant skin contact hazard which can and frequently does lead to painful blisters. Also, it’s on Schedule 9 so Highways Agency should be taking affirmative action to prevent it spreading
