Coaches often ask themselves “How can I motivate my players?”
Another question is: “How can I help my players motivate themselves?”
The former may be done through comms and tasks.
The latter may be done through open questions and player-driven challenges...both can work!
When you feel uneasy or triggered, what are your go-to coping skills? 🙏
This would be a great visual reminder for students, and you could work with them on a number of these in class.
