@Avis @csend I am in the same queue at Dulles just now. One person serving an entire queue of people and she has just stepped away for 10 minutes. Avis Preferred service has absolutely fallen through the floor - not what you need after 12+ hours of travel and many years of loyalty.

@Avis Hi, why has your service at IAH and BWI been so bad this week? I have President’s status and yet I have to validate my ID and Credit Card EVERY TIME I pick up a car. Customer experience has become very poor. Been in Preferred queue at BWI for 30 minutes so far. Sort it out!

My Sky Mobile Service has been completely dead now for well over 24 hours (not even an SOS signal available) which isn't great. The lack of honesty and transparency by @SkyHelpTeam regarding it however makes it much, much worse. Some meaningful updates would be very welcome team.

Indeed. I'm not proud of the NHS, I'm embarrassed and ashamed about it. It's now one of the most expensive systems in the developed world, as a share of GDP, yet delivers some of the worst outcomes.

It's going to have to change to a European-style insurance system - the only question is when, and therefore how many people have to die unnecessarily before that happens.

I cannot bring myself to watch the documentary about this on TV because having followed this story for some years now I know I will get extremely angry at the Post Office, the Government and the Met Police from watching it. It is one of the biggest ever modern-day scandals.
