Developers would have had to discount in order to sell, or go bankrupt. Either way the cost of units would have come down

@gator_gum One can clearly hear people singing along. Yes, it was piped over the speakers, but so is every hockey game and the crowd sings along. In fact, when the Penticton Vees play US based teams I will sing along with the star spangled banner just as I sing the Canadian national anthem
