Has been like this since last Thursday. 3-4 calls to your online support and no-one can identify the issue. Still unable to access account

@BoseService Thanks. We have tried, on multiple occasions, but keep being told a cheque will be sent “next week”. Now 7 weeks later and they continue to tell us “next week” and would not connect us to any manager. Unacceptable @BoseService service, no longer a loyal customer.
Waiting @BoseService for my refund for SleepBuds SEVEN weeks after @Bose HK picked them up. 5 phone calls, always told “cheque in post”. Clearly it isn’t. Unable to refund to credit card, no manager to speak to. Unacceptable wait for faulty product refund. Help!
