@beyondreachlabs is announcing Flarewing™, our answer to the fast-growing power demand on satellites.
Flarewing™ comes in three configurations built around common satellite form factors, from ESPA-class up to large buses, topping out at 200 kW on the Flarewing-L.
Flarewing™ packs up to 100 kW per cubic meter of stowed volume depending on configuration.
Thanks to our novel mechanism, our large deployed array area doesn't come at the cost of stiffness. All max configurations hold a first structural mode above 0.05 Hz, maintaining satellite maneuverability and pointing accuracy.
Flarewing-S completed its first deployment and is on track to finish a full space qualification campaign before the end of 2026, with the M and L to follow. Built for constellations that need real power at production scale.
Our team has been focused on the power problem, so if you want your satellites in Space faster, the question of buy vs. build has never been easier.
I planned an amazing last minute SF "mini-moon" for my wife and I yesterday with ChatGPT work. It suggested the perfect hike from Battery Spencer overlooking the GGB to Bar Bocce, making sure we got there in time right before the lunch rush. The best was an amazing niche recommendation to book a very reasonably priced private charter on the Taihoa with Captain Doug. Would have never found this but for Work!
Today, we announced @enzo_health's $26M Seed + Series A raise (@znewm14 + @danieldconger)
The U.S. is aging fast, and our healthcare system is shifting to keep up. Home health spend is projected to reach $317BN by 2033.
While we've seen incredible AI tools designed for clinicians in hospitals and private practices, the most popular systems in home health were designed in the 90's, and many run on-prem.
This is why we led Enzo's seed round in 2024. Since then, Enzo has grown revenue by 40X. The demand from customers and ROI in this space is impressive, but agencies are increasingly tired of point solutions that don't speak together.
Enzo has built a set of solutions that all work in tandem to automate workflows with context. Your AI intake tool actually integrates with your clinician's scribe in the field and with your back office QA workflow.
Leading home health agencies are now powered by Enzo, and we're excited about this $20M Series A led by our friends @N47capital@vcheng11@MatthewTCowan

@DossityIntel @egr_investor These PR engagement farms are the worst...seem legitimate but total scams and it has big time consequences for people who then believe they are legit.
Shay released data from our closing cost estimator today showing the MASSIVE impact that Kamala Harris's plan would have on first-time homeowners. On average, eligible buyers reduced their cash needs by 33%. Even more if they self-represented.
Today, Shay released our report on the impact of Kamala's Harris housing plan on first-time homebuyers. Using data from over 100 homebuyers who used our closing cost estimator, we found that eligible buyers would reduce their closing costs by an average of 33%.
Homebuyers need to be prepared to pay the cost of their representation. If these representation services are so valued, homebuyers should have no problem paying for them. If they don’t have the cash to do so, they can always submit a richer offer on less house and ask for the concession. The REAL problem for the industry is that buyers just don’t value realtors as much as realtors think they should. That’s why many buyers are turning to Shay and other self-representation platforms.
Her plan to give $25K to 1st-time homebuyers would also have a huge impact on their ability to buy a house. Even though it's just a fraction of the total cost, this would GREATLY reduce the cash needed. We created a calculator to help buyers see and some are cutting their cash needs in half! https://t.co/CGeW0UuOtV
@DreamAmerica_ The 25K for first-time homebuyers would have a dramatic impact on their ability to buy a home. We released a calculator to show buyers the impact it would have on their cash needs and it's LARGE for many. Some see it reducing their cash needs by 50%. https://t.co/xqtrRCfylt
@Victorshi2020@alexandracooper Many of these listeners are first-time homebuyers and will relate to the $25K downpayment support. We created this calculator and are seeing many cut the cash they need significantly (close to 50% in some cases), which is the barrier for many! https://t.co/xqtrRCfylt
@PMCinTN The 25K for first-time homebuyers would be huge! Would cut cash needed to close SIGNIFICANTLY for many homebuyers. We developed this calc and are seeing some reduce their costs in half! Would unlock home ownership for many.

@mattyglesias The $25K would be HUGE for first-time homebuyers. We developed this calculator and are seeing many first-time homebuyers be able to cut their cash needed to close in half. Many open questions on the plan, including unintended side effects, but impactful: https://t.co/xqtrRCfylt
@melissasavenko 1) Most buyers won't be able to afford to pay their agent--they just won't have the cash!
2) Typically, sellers want the offer that makes them the most money.
3). Self-represented buyers will have more competitive offers since they won't need to request seller concessions.
Offered on a resale townhouse this weekend. Was not the winning bidder.
Unit was new to market. 2 out of 4 offers asked for buyer agent concession.
Another fun fact: My client was pre-approved at 5.625%.
@melissasavenko Starting to see sellers receive and accept offers without buyer's agent compensation. Self-represented buyers are going to be in a position to offer more attractive offers more likely to be accepted AND save cash!
