Continually disappointed by @Ask_Spectrum internet service. I have a router that will handle 600Mbps, a modem that will handle 400. Yet this is what I get of the 200 I pay for. ☹️ Too bad I can't just pay only 31% of the bill.

.@MandT_Bank A rare ray of sunshine in the typical world of disappointing customer service: I wrote a large check for a contractor from a typically unused account. I got a friendly personal call from my local M&T branch to verify the check was legitimate. #faithrestored
@makersmuse That was totally me last night waiting to start another overnight print after I miscalculated how long the print that I started that afternoon would take.
As an engineer now on a sales [engineering] team, I'm pleased with Octopus' approach to the customer success process. I'm happy to be helping the effort however I can.
I am going to get banned from developer events for saying this but:
As a technical founder I really love having a sales team. I wish we had built it sooner.
A 🧵 about why I was skeptical of sales as a technical founder and what I learned since
As much as I love the product and talking tech, my favorite meetings the last 12 months have been with the sales team, because it's *all about customers*. I am really proud of the sales culture they have built.
@makersmuse Interesting! I've run quite a bit with 4 different color silks, Mika3d and DO3D. Both with very good results. Found them to be nearly string free compared to several colors of plain Solutech. The latter has occasionally been rather globby too.
@makersmuse I did do an auto bed level run just prior to starting this print. Brand new CR-6 SE. I also tried reslicing with the printer defaults, basically the same result.
@makersmuse Got first printer, did 2 prints, worked great. Started tolerance test print, first 1.5 layers already not looking right. Followed recommended settings.
