On March 26. 2019 I wrote Thomas to refund and just sent me the results because he rescheduled our appointment 3 times.
On April 7. I still don't have any results and not the money.

I highly recommend to not transfer any money to Gensmart or Thomas Olivier.

I met Thomas on the Websummit last year. @Gensmartme
I wrote him afterwards that I want to do a DNA test.
I transferred the money via PayPal on November 26. 2018. Until then there was always a immediate reply.
After that I could not reach him until March 20. with the following
