My prediction. Ai companies will never be able to make a profit, maybe SpaceXAi excluded. Lots of datacenters already built. Government will bail them out and use existing infrastructure like datacenters for surveillance. Technoboys like Thiel and friends will help and gain immense influence.

Nice words with an extremely slippery slope. Let's be rational here. AI is "THE" tool governments have been waiting for to gain ultimate surveillance powers. Why would the US gov. spend 500 billion to "help" AI and certain players in the ecosystem. What these AI systems will do depends on the people behind it. We should never, ever forget that. And most players are absolutely not trustworthy. Maybe XAi being the exception, and I'm not even sure about that.

not usable for precise product visualization... sadly. I tried in every possible way to get an accurate image output of a computer build. Gave grok the Computer case image I want to use and change the RGB to red. All good to that point, but from that onwards not usable. Told grok what motherboard to put into the case. Impossible for Grok to process. Changes case to something else or uses a completely different motherboard. Free gemini Nano banana 2 works much better but I have the free tier limit. I don't want to pay for every possible AI platform to get decent results. Maybe Grok is good for some fantasy stuff or generating catgirls, but not for precise image output. I really hope it improves. I'm using the grok version that comes with x premium subscription.

I like https://t.co/YwPLHNWyu2, and I'm a https://t.co/Xs7AQIxgHn premium subscriber, but in no way is it better, at least for precise image generation, than google gemini nano banana... that one is way ahead when it comes to usable image output. Even grok says nano banana is unbeatable when it comes to photorealistic image generation. I speak from experience. Just try to generate an image of a computer build with all the hardware you want and see what you get from both.

to be honest Nano banana 2 is still much better for what I use it for. If you try to create an image of a computer build with giving Grok the exact hardware parts it still messes up quite badly. I tried the free gemini nano banana 2 and already that one gave me really usable results for product visualization. I upgraded to https://t.co/T5z37VGHqV premium to use more of Grok. When it comes to precision nano banana is still better. Hopefully things improve.
