@airindia i have booked an international air ticket through makemytrip for a travel April 2025 , in June 2024 , and want to advance the travel to Mar 2025.. Both MMT and Airindia doesn't allow me to modify the tickets online . I am afraid there is no transparency

@makemytrip you should have transparency and customer friendly attitude . Why isn't there self date change option not available ? Your date change penalty and airline fees are a hidden secret .. if you don't have transparency then you will rapidly lose your customer base ..
