@TheDevilsDNA Concerned about the lack of mobility in central defence? Neither Maguire or Martinez can cover open spaces or wide channels if we do have to defend transitions. Neither are able to play a high enough line either

@FrankEra_ I think the problem with these kind of players is that our squad has been so bad for so long they are starting most games but aren’t at that level. They are fantastic rotation options and should be part of the squad but due to playing so often they want the game time hence moving

@AshtonGgmu Agree. However think/hope this is mainly due to Maguire, Licha and Case not having the mobility to be able to play a high line and condense the pitch. Hoping a good summer window solves the personnel issue and an upgrade in coaching staff for Carrick improves the tactical side

@AshtonGgmu Really need a CB this summer to help push the team up. Maguire can’t play a high line any more and isn’t at all mobile, Martinez also struggles with mobility along with staying fit and de Ligts back injury is a worry. Leaves Yoro and Heaven. Schlotterback would be great

@FmCatenaccio This is literally my least favourite thing in any FM game. You try and build a squad for competing in multiple competitions and the first sign of rotation - even against lower division teams - and half the squad is unhappy at playing time

@fm_throwing Again very similar but I have my wide players as WMF. These formations have given me by far the best results of any formations I’ve used in this version of FM26

@tonjomes1 @FinnMcKay25 @TheDevilsDNA Very true. However we need 2 top level CM’s to come in so your other one should be someone who can partner both Mainoo and Anderson leaving us with good options for subs/rotation and different game plans

@FinnMcKay25 @TheDevilsDNA I just see Anderson as more of an all action midfielder that goes from box to box kinda like a Rice as he’s got a fantastic engine. Kobbie’s best traits are his tempo and press resistance which would be great deep. Plus his positioning and anticipation in defence

@EBL2017 This is the position I see Mainoo. Has all the desired traits for this and feel that’s where you get the best out of him. Get him a Rice box to box player alongside him an I think that’s the perfect balance

@umirf1 Really feel like he could develop into a player that plays in the Rodri/Zubimendi role and we should be looking for the Rice box to box player to play alongside him. Anderson for example

@analyzingfutbol @TheDevilsDNA Arsenal managed to sign 8 players in summer after finishing 2nd - 4 of which were over £50m. Unless wholesale changes are made quickly we’ll never improve as more issues arise during a season. Another major issue is we keep/trust players for far too long - cluttering squad places

@______Shiv @EverydayMUFC22 I think that’s the biggest point. Not sure he would take us all the way to being a dominant force but there’s no doubts he would build a consistent floor raising system/squad where we would be guaranteed UCL football every season and that’s what we need right now.

@EBL2017 Helped massively by the coaching of Kieran McKenna, Darren Fletcher and Michael Carrick. It’s not all about managers, you need an elite structure around them too to challenge them if needed and put together their ideas on the training pitch

@Passion4FM It’s an absolute constant in this game. Also when dribbling my players just run anywhere and get tackled however every opposition I play their players will beat 5 of mine and either assist or score. It’s impossible
