@FareedZakaria Need to disagree. The root cause of the shutdown was based upon Congress not doing its job by passing the various budgets on time. If they had done their job there would have been no need for a continuing resolution. It’s on the Speaker and Senate Majority Leader to get this done

Having just been to an annual event where everything was more expensive than last year and I see @realDonaldTrump talk about the 24k items he’s adding to the White House — makes me wonder how anyone can believe he’s in touch with the lower 99% of Americans?
