@British_Airways you are a waste of time - 16th of July you overbooked our flight and didn’t allow us on the flight. 22nd December you email to me to tell me that we didn’t check in on time! Yet we checked

@DGandyOfficial @British_Airways @British_Airways over sold our flight in July & we weren’t allowed on and were told to pay for our own hotels and expenses as they could only put us on a flight the next morning. We are still waiting for our money to be reimbursed…. You can’t even speak to any one about it !

@British_Airways over 12 weeks ago you overfilled your plane and would not let us board even though we had checked into our seats online! We had to on our on back get accommodation I have been waiting for my compensation all time! I can’t seem to talk to any one who can help!
