Members of the Senior Leadership Team enjoyed attending the @phabheads annual conference. The speakers inspired and challenged them to carefully consider how we approach equalities and diversity in our settings and also how to 'lead through challenge'.
Fantastic morning @phabheads Conference with the wonderful @Audiekins and @jobrassington - their sessions were delivered with empathy, compassion and candour, modelling perfectly how to tackle the challenges they were discussing. @DiverseEd2020#diverseEd

Thanks to everyone who helped with and came to the @phabheads conference. What a great couple of days. I am exhausted and exhilarated in equal measure!
@moffat_andrew is up next @phabheads sharing the rise in hate crimes.
