@WalkerMarcus The former parish church of Kingsway Holy Trinity , closed in 1986 and no use having been found for a building in very poor condition a scheme for demolition of the building (save for the Kingsway facade) was brought forward in 1990.

Does anyone in the U.K. know their NHS number from memory or think to take it on holiday with them ? Incredulous that an insurance company would demand to know this and that without it bringing a sick person home may not be possible . Thank you @AllianzAssistUK

@AllianzAssistUK they didn’t ask for it when they sent a consent form for his medical records . Only later. Drip feeding questions does not help obtain answers . From this perspective it feels like a process of computer says no.

But we shall see what happens next on this roller coaster.

@kirstyborthwick There are techniques that you can learn to train the voice - find a singing teacher or voice coach locally -
You can annotate a text - higher/lower pitch, slower faster, pause or breath etc it’s a pain to do for a whole text but might try and see if it helps you change.

@Beccabell05 @RobinWardSSH @OurCofELike I’m sorry, as a flower arranger ( I am one) it’s a fun challenge to make an arrangement which decorates a font and still ensures it’s use. Set that challenge - it is then easy to explain why a font is not used as a flower stand - you just have to do some sacramental theology.
