@TUIUK I find it totally unacceptable that on an all inclusive holiday booking there is an additional charge for “diet” soft drinks.
We should be encouraging people to have a live a healthier lifestyle and you’re charging a premium for a diet soft drink.
@LoveWilko, your customer service is awful. Placed an order on the 3rd Jan and delivery was stated by the 11th January. No parcel arrived. Emailed through your website on the 11th Jan to inform and was told I’d have a response in 72hrs and I’ve heard nothing.
@RothwellCFCvets What makes it worse is the c@&t in question thinks it’s funny taking peoples money and not paying it back! We’re not talking about a few quid, we’re taking hundreds of pounds!

@Uber_Ireland@Uber@Uber_Support not happy I still haven’t had any contact about the trips I’ve been charged for that I don’t use in Ireland for over £100. Customer services is awful and I want my money I’m owed back!
@Uber_Support This happened on Saturday and was told a reply would be within 48 hrs. This hasn’t happened. You were quick enough to take the money, not so quick sorting an issue out
@Uber I have had over £100 taken off my account for trips I haven’t taken while in Dublin. I tried messaging the help page straight away and have had no replies, I’ve also tried calling the number in the UK who said they can’t help. Can someone please contact me
