@mzach8 Literally said the same thing myself when i saw this on the news yesterday, what standards?
For my last 2 complaints to Lambeth i had to do one as a disrepair claim (which i won) and one had to go via the ICO because Lambeth do nothing but ignore their tenants!

Makes me wonder if Lambeth are hiding something?!

(by law the lifts have to be checked twice a year)
And not once have they sent me a copy of the report!
Why? Why can i not see that the lifts in my building are safe to use?

Not sure why im being charged approx a £130 a yr for a service that doesn’t work & according to a couple of concierge staff the CCTV hasn’t worked for a couple of years now!
