1. Performance
2. Disk Space
I did my own investigation of course to find the rootcause, first I tried to solve the disk space issues, windows 11 eats a lot it(...)

Not all people need achievements or other tertiary services provide by steam, sometimes we just wanted barebone games like from gog, so why we need to pay more?

@Pirat_Nation While Alan Wake 1 could be for the mass, Alan Wake 2 I think its quite different, its niche especially story wise, its like an auteur made games like kojima usually did. Of course the exclusivity didnt help much

@beyond_fps As average gamer myself at the time ,my first build PC with Pentium 4 2,4A GHz ,512 MB of DDr1 RAM and Radeon 9550 have no problem playing the game @768p around 30fps with medium setting. While in todays hardware I can get 60fps but rhe experience was unpleasant with stutter
