He is originally from Phuthaditjhaba in the Free State,and he last spoke to his father telephonically on 2 June 2026.
He was expected to go home on 19 June, but never arrived.

Tlotliso is light in complexion, has a slender build, black afro hair, a black moustache and a black beard.
