@LEGOLANDFlorida is the water park closed through December/January or do you not allow tickets to be booked? I can’t see any information about you being closed but also can’t book when including the water park.. thanks

@Icelandair Hi, no problem the team on the ground and more importantly in the air dealt with it brilliantly. Kept us informed throughout, really couldn’t have asked for more. I will say customer service pre-flight was non-existent, called 10+ times during work hours and no answer
@Icelandair I’ve received an email this morning on the day of departure saying the time of the first leg of my flight has been changed. Now I have 20 minutes change time in KEF which can’t possibly be enough? It’s booked as a single trip with you, so what’s going to happen?
How seriously does @RedLionHotels take the safety of their customers I wonder, when booking a room for the family after a long flight. Not really at that seriously I can now say
